       For many manufacturers and distributors, invoicing customers can be a laborious task.  Often the process is time consuming and error prone.  With the CAMS Invoicing Management System, shipment information is transferred from the CAMS Distribution Management System automatically.  Your invoicing staff may then add additional charges or create miscellaneous invoice and credit memos, if needed.  Chadwick & Associates can also help you create a customized invoice with your company logo, so that your customer receives an invoice that is a proud reflection of your enterprise.  The CAMS system also communicates sales information to the CAMS Accounts Receivable Management System, and optionally, to your factor or bank.  The CAMS system takes the hassle out of invoicing your customers by making it quick and simple. 

  CAMS manages the Claims process automatically

       Let's face it, we all wish claims were not a fact of life in the floor covering industry.  Claims cost time, money, and potentially customers.  You must satisfy your customer and at the same time, protect your profits.  While the CAMS Claims Management System can't make claims go away, the system facilitates the process by quickly and accurately creating claims using sales information supplied by the CAMS Sales Management System.  The review and approval process then begins and, if necessary, a return authorization is issued.  The system generates credit memos automatically and communicates the necessary information to the CAMS Accounts Receivable Management System and optionally, to your factor or bank.  The CAMS system also provides claim reporting and a returned goods inspection process.
